The official coroner's report is in, and Pimp C's death has been deemed accidental due to sleep apnia and a complication with the prescription drug Codeine, i.e. a key ingredient in sizzerp. Now I can't say for CERTAIN if that's what he consumed but if memory serves me correct this was the same prognosis given as DJ Screw's cause of death. We gotta stop with this drug culture ya'll. It's killin us.

RIP PIMP C
