it's satire on the current image of hip-hop. Sort of like Spike Lee's Bamboozled.

I see it and I feel you freddy...the state of "hip hop" which should be only called "rap" is just like a ministrel show...thats the point of the skit i guess...don't like the skit, but i get the skit...its funny nick cannon is speaking on it, when he has songs like "giggolo?"...i guess...
