Damn, how many times have we all see this shit? Just paralyzed to make an action that could either delay or help another person. Why couldn't we just run or walk over and say "Stop! What do you think you're doing? I will call the police etc.."
Because we don't wanna get "got" in the same or worst manner as the helpless victim.
Do I entirely disagree with your reaction? Hell no.
You should never get comfortable to crime. You should be shocked; only then can spur communal action to move forward.
On a general level, I think we've seen the marginal cost/discomfort of standing against this crime outweigh the perceived marginal benefits of the same reaction. That was a mix of econ/sociology but I think that its correct....

I can't say anything about Deev's reaction because I wasn't there.But to add to that lyndon, with this stupid "stop snitching" culture we only make our communities worse places to live in.
For the record I did go to the po-po and them mufuckas looked at me crazy before SLOWLY getting in their car to check it out.

Next time just call up some religious Muslim ex-cons to talk to the cats who are robbing and make them see the error of their ways. I've done it here in the Deece and it works.
